Enjoy a specially prepared four-course prix fixe meal and sake pairing in the beautiful and intimate Reference Room at The Bellwether.
Begin your evening with a bespoke sake cocktail crafted by the mixologists at Bellwether. Then, professional sommelier and sake expert Patricia Wamhoff will lead you through three courses created by chef Marco Juehne paired with personally-selected sakes. Finally, end your evening with a delicious dessert.
Doors will open at 6:30 for a cocktail (half-)hour, with seating to follow at 7pm.
