Sake Cocktail Contest Submission Form
This competition is designed to illustrate and exhibit the wonderful versatility of sake in cocktails. Creativity is greatly encouraged and will be part of the judges’ scoring. Cocktail balance and approachability will be assessed as well.

Cocktail Recipe
List each of the ingredients and amounts for a single serving of the cocktail. Note these requirements and restrictions.

  1. Your recipe MUST include at least .75 oz. of any expression of a Tozai sake
  2. Your recipe MUST include at least .75 oz. of any expression of a McCormick spirit
  3. Your recipe MAY NOT contain more than 7 single ingredients in total. The Tozai sake and McCormick spirit requirements are included in this total, so you may include no more than 5 additional ingredients.
  4. To be clear, homemade bitters would count as ONE ingredient. Infused liquors/syrups count as ONE ingredient.
